The One Hour Walk

Teammates of Sutton, a locally supported chapter in the Nebraska TeamMates Mentoring Program, is kicking off their Fourth Annual One Hour Walk. The 2008 One Hour Walk is scheduled for Sunday, April 20, at 1:00 p.m. at the Sutton High School track. The One Hour Walk represents the one hour mentors spend with their mentee each week.
The main focus of the 2008 Walk is to honor the adult mentors and the student mentees. The Walk will promote the benefits of the TeamMates program and provide financial support for the program.
Registration forms can be picked up and returned to the high school or the elementary office. There is a $10 registration fee for all adult walkers, but all students can walk for free. There are T-shirts available for $3, but they must be ordered and paid for by April 1st. Registrations for the Walk will be taken until April 20th.
